Refund policy
REFUNDS, RETURNS, & EXCHANGES
We gladly accept returns and cancellations, please contact us within 30 days of delivery for returns. We ask that you ship the unused item back to us within 14 days.
You can request a cancellation within 7 days of purchase. Please contact us if you have any problems or questions with your order.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for custom or personalized orders. All ready to ship items or pieces on sale are final sales, as well.
Conditions of Return
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. (and shipping back in the event of an exchange)
- If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
- Used items will not receive refunds.
- There is a 25% restocking fee on returns. Once the item is received I will submit a full refund, less the original shipping fees.
EXCHANGES:
Exchanges are applicable when available. Due to the nature of our custom, one of a kind, unique woodcraft and candles, we do not offer exact exchanges. The shipping costs and fees for returning items is the responsibility of the customer, which includes returning the item as well as the shipping costs for the new item to be sent.
