Shipping Policy

For all Custom Furniture and Large Custom Signs:

FREIGHT DELIVERY
Freight is defined as anything over 150 pounds and/or packages that are over 165 inches in length and girth (width*2 + height*2) combined, and length over 108 in length.
We do not offer freight services directly at check-out but are more than happy in assisting our customers with the logistics of shipping their furniture. We can help set up both freight, white glove services and will properly crate your furniture in preparation for delivery. Please note that there is an additional fee for crating furniture, starting at $150. Once you place your order, we will reach out to you to begin the process of shipping.
CUSTOMER PICK-UP
We love to meet our customers in person, and you are always welcome to pick up your furniture in person. Our shop is in El Paso, Texas.  
LOCAL DELIVERIES
We offer delivery within 30 miles of the shop for $150.  We can also deliver within the state of Texas or New Mexico on a case-by-case basis. Once you check out, we will contact you with a quote on delivery.

ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order on ready to ship items, and allow 5-7 business days for made to order items. Expect an email within 3-5 days for ready to ship items and 5-7 days for made to order items to let you know your order is on the way!
 
STORE PICKUP:
Not currently available.
 
LOCAL DELIVERY:
During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within 25 of our shop. Not available for all items.
 
If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.
 
Deliveries are on case-by-case bases and will be discussed between Dobby’s Crafthouse, LLC and the customer.
 
When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.
 
​​DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:  
For orders under $50: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 
 
FREE SHIPPING ON MOST ORDERS OVER $50
  • Free shipping on most orders over $50 is for domestic shipping within the United States only.
  • Excludes items classified as freight.
  • Excludes custom ordered cutting boards, bulk candle orders, custom home décor, and other custom woodcraft.
  • This includes free ground shipping. Ground shipping either USPS or UPS will typically take 3-5 business days for delivery. Once shipped, the delivery is the responsibility of the carrier, and Dobby’s Crafthouse will do what is within reason to make it right to the customer if an issue should occur.
 
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
 
We offer international shipping to the following countries: Canada, Mexico, and the UK. 
 
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 
 
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Dobby’s Crafthouse, LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
 
REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES
Please refer to our Refund Policy for more information.
 
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at dobby@dobbyscrafthouse.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution within reason.
